I had been doing Silkn Sensepil applications for more than a year at this point on my mustache. Before this I had a very thick dark beard. I'm thrilled with the final results. The hairs are very thin and I haven't gone back for treatment in roughly six months. I will say that it did feel painful a little bit on my upper lip and there were times that I got a bit of redness on my chin. I would recommend Ipl to those with thicker hairs or have large areas of hair they need to get rid of. For the males that might like to do their rough beard be prepard for spots over the following several weeks and lots of people saying man whats up with your beard.

I kicked the habit over the weekend and its beginning to make me feel crappy now. My partner tells me I will not do it but I’m so focused on this I will be successful. Today I started experianceing cramps in my lower stomach and I truly am craving a puff. I wont give in given that I’m quitting smoking for our little ones. I’m fortunate to have the electronic cigarette. It’s been extremely helpful in my opinion.

I have begun to realize kicking the habit will be literally impossible. I started smokes when I was just a kid. It had been the most horrible mistake of my life.
